RETURN POLICY
Bibles
You may examine your Bible for Ten(10) days and return for a full refund if dissatisfied (except for engraved Bibles) provided the Bible can be put back in stock for resale. You must call or email for a return authorization prior to returning the Bible.
Etched Glass Mirrors and Tables
Damage in shipment – If your purchase arrives damaged, contact us and we will arrange to ship a replacement at no charge to you.
If you are dissatisfied with your Etched Glass product for any reason, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Contact us by phone or email within two (2) weeks of receiving your purchase with the reason for the return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
You must call or email for a return authorization prior to returning the product.
All other products
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for up to 15 days for a prompt refund or exchange. Items returned after 15 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you are responsible for all shipping costs in returning the item. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
