The 4 Way Medal is a medallion created out of a combination of four popular Catholic Medals. Traditionally the Four Way Medal is Cross shaped and includes the Sacred Heart Medal, St. Joseph Medal, St. Christopher Medal and Miraculous Medal (or other Mary Medal image). The back of the 4 Way Medal usually includes an engraving on the back with either “I am Catholic – Please call a Priest” or “Pray for us” but the back of the Four Way Medal is occasionally left blank. Some 4 Way Medals are not Cross shaped, but are contained in a circle or oval shaped medal. Many four way medals also have an image of the Holy Spirit engraved in the center of the cross or near the top.
